What You Will Do In This Role

• Give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs.
• Manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a
  - voice process;
• Take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

Your Qualifications

• Have an advanced level of Portuguese (written and oral) (C1)
• English level (intermediate)
• Prior Customer Service Experience - is mandatory (minimum 6 months);
• High curiosity about the cryptocurrency market;
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally;
• Skilled in
  - tasking & working under pressure;
• Fast learner, diligent worker.
