As a Customer Service Representative in Portugal (Remote), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: quality, efficiency, and journey improvement.

What You Will Do

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
• Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and
  - time answers to viewers’ inquiries and contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of Portuguese and English (oral and written)
• Are passionate about the entertainment and media industry
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices
• Have a positive and
