What you’ll do:

• Handle customer inquiries related to vehicles, services & support
• Provide accurate information and solutions via phone, chat & email
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism & empathy
• Collaborate remotely with a multicultural Concentrix team across Europe

What you bring:

• German, French, or Czech (native/C1) + English (B2)
• Strong digital literacy & multitasking skills
• Interest in cars, mobility, and technology is a plus but not essential
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving & time management abilities
• A proactive, customer‑first mindset
