About The Role

We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Portugal. In this role, you will provide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and fostering
- term engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring accurate updates in internal systems.
• Deliver courteous and empathetic support to build positive customer relationships.
• Resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve shared objectives.
• Identify recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and procedures.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries with guidance.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.
• Strong
