Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)
Our client is a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. They help
- known brands improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.
They are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for who will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions suggesting, and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
Qualifications
- Have a high level of German (C1 written and oral)
- Have excellent communication and active listening skills
- Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
- Are proactive,
- motivated, and a great team player
Eligibility
Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in Portugal will be considered for this position.
