Onboarding
- Assist merchants during onboarding
- Train merchants on platform tools and best practices
Churn Prevention
- Identify
- risk merchants using operational data
- Proactively engage to address concerns and retain them
Reactivation
- Reconnect with churned merchants
- Diagnose churn reasons and offer solutions
Support
- Handle inbound merchant queries efficiently
Desired skillset:
Fluency in local language(s) and English
Strong customer engagement and communication skills
Analytical thinking and metric interpretation
Sales and negotiation experience
Comfort using CRM & communication tools (Salesforce, Whatsapp etc. )
