We’re looking for a Customer Service Representativeto help us manage and support client accounts across different regions, ensuring smooth handling of orders, customer data, shipments, and queries.

• Receive and process customer orders
• Update and maintain customer data
• Respond to customer queries and solve problems
• Collaborate with teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, and Logistics
• Support customers from other regions when needed
• Join customer meetings and help with complaints or disputes
• Keep documents and records organized
• Assist with forecasting, deliveries, invoicing, and system updates

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in customer service, sales support, import/export, orrelevant combination of education and experience
• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computer systems specific to customer service
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Basic accounting skills
• Fluent, written and spoken English is essential (additional fluency in at least one other main European language would be useful. )
• Experience of export in either a customer service or logistics background is preferred
