What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels: phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to
- commerce platforms, B2B transactions, and digital marketing - Manage sensitive data in compliance with internal policies and data protection standards
- Handle complex requests independently, with professionalism and a proactive,
- solving approach
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in
- commerce, B2B sales, or digital marketing - Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken – mandatory)
- Comfortable using
- office tools;
SAP experience is a plus - Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
