As a Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our customers in Portugal and supporting our organization’s success.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, e‑mail or chat in a timely manner.
- Provide product features, service, pricing and availability information.
- Process order entry in the ERP system, handle invoices and confirm transactions.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal and external parties, addressing concerns and handling complaints to ensure great customer experience.
- Manage emergency shipments and resolve problems related to shipment of products, returns and credit notes efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction with the service provided.
- Thoroughly document all inquiries and customer interactions in CRM or appropriate systems, keeping contact and account details accurate.
- Handle returns while ensuring an appropriate returns process record.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service, remote or physical, preferably in a multinational matrix.
- Proven experience in invoicing activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (required); fluency in Spanish desirable.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude, collaborative and able to adapt.
