Customer Service Representative (Italian Speaking)

Role Overview
Join our dynamic team supporting innovative medical device solutions, providing exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Process orders and coordinate product shipments
- Collect and manage customer documentation
- Provide efficient resolution to customer service issues
Requirements
- Strong communication and
- solving skills - Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a
- paced environment - 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
- Rotational shifts for 24/7 coverage
- 1-hour lunch break
- Portuguese public holidays
- Total monthly compensation: 1, 240. 66 (including allowances)
- Daily allowance: 18. 56 (gross)
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses
- Health insurance from day one
- Furnished accommodation for 14 months (if relocating>100km)
- All housing expenses covered
Training
- 20 working days paid training (in English)
- Training allowance: 92. 80 (gross)
