About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Russian-speaking customers through a variety of communication channels. Requirements

• Native‑level or fluent Russian, plus strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the role.
