Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and
- oriented Customer Service Representative with proficiency in Spanish and a C1 level of English to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide
   - quality customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in both Spanish and English.
3. Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service.
6. Maintain
   -
   - date knowledge of products, services, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
7. Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

1. Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level or above).
2. Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
3. Previous experience in customer service or a
   - facing role is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Problem-solving skills and a
   - first mindset.
6. Ability to work effectively in a
   - paced environment.
7. Availability to work onsite in Lisbon.
8. Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
