Customer Support is extremely important for us, and we aim to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information.
Support is via ticketing system and live chat, including handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our
- class cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Support will be in Spanish & English;
applicants need to speak both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Handle back office tickets, and provide 24/7 online enquiry and email reply services to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, special cases, or ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience is not required but beneficial if candidate has previous financial industry experience.
- College degree or above.
- Trilingual speaker with native Spanish, advanced English, and one more language preferred.
- High level of honesty and integrity;
proactive and meticulous;
responsible and
- oriented. - Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceeding expectations.
- Passionate about customer service industry and willing to work different shifts.
