What You Will Do

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators by checking order and logistics status
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and SOW on knowledge base
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through case journey and providing regular updates across touchpoints
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve
  -
  - class productivity and timely resolution for end customers

Your Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written, C1)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written, B2)
• Minimum education: college degree or equivalent diploma
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce
• Experience working with call centers (voice and
  - voice) and service industry
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Familiar with social media usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
