Customer Service Representative (Spanish-speaking) Airline Industry
Overview
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support passengers in the airline industry. In this role, you will help travelers manage bookings, resolve issues, and create a smooth customer journey. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site).
Responsibilities
- Manage flight bookings (create, modify, cancel)
- Support customers via phone and email
- Assist with VIP services and PRM (reduced mobility) requests
- Handle claims related to delays, strikes, or cancellations
- Provide accurate,
- time travel information
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish (C1+) written and spoken
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Previous experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
- Background in customer service or travel/tourism preferred
