David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Representative for online video sharing and social media platforms at their Lisbon office.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include handling escalated inquiries, translating technical issues, researching and resolving problems, communicating effectively, updating content, explaining technical concepts, proofreading, and collaborating with team members.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1), with strong English skills (B2).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Effective communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with technical platforms.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
