Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed Term

Employment Type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base Salary + Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

1. Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
2. Support bookings, vehicle availability, and reservation updates
3. Provide guidance on policies, insurance, and extra services
4. Identify upselling opportunities and promote added value
5. Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What You Bring:

1. Native/fluent in Dutch (C2) + English fluency (min. B2)
2. 1+ year of experience in a customer service or contact center role (preferred)
3. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers
4. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
5. Great interpersonal & communication skills
6. Problem-solving attitude and ability to resolve conflicts
