? Compensation: Base salary + performance incentives

✨ What you’ll do:

? Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
? Provide accurate product/service info and resolve basic technical issues
? Log and track all case details in internal systems
? Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary
? Collaborate with teammates and technical departments to resolve concerns
? Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organized service queues
? Contribute feedback to improve processes and team knowledge

? Native/fluent Dutch and fluent English (min. B2)
? Strong communication skills across all customer channels
