We are seeking a

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and professional assistance to business clients via multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with
- related inquiries, including verifying identity and confirming account details. - Follow regulatory requirements and internal protocols as specified by the client.
- Diagnose problems and provide effective, customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely
- up and resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. - Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and exchange best practices.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Native or fluent proficiency in foreign languages (C2 level) both spoken and written; fluent in English (C1 level).
- At least one year of customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Stable and consistent employment history.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative team attitude.
- Ability to perform well in
- paced environments with strong multitasking capabilities. - High attention to detail and precision when managing customer information.
- Familiarity with automated customer support software and platforms is preferred.
- Strong
- solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently. - Friendly, professional, and proactive in delivering customer service.
- Experience in sectors like retail, banking, or general customer support is advantageous.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and
- time
- site schedules. - Flexibility and adaptability to evolving procedures, technologies, and customer demands.
