? What You’ll Be Doing:

? Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media
? Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
? Assist with troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
? Accurately document interactions and manage your ticket queue
? Work
- functionally with tech and service teams
? Contribute to process improvements with feedback and ideas

? What We’re Looking For:
? ? Native/fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
? Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
? Strong communication skills across platforms
? Ability to troubleshoot and follow structured procedures
? Fast learner,
- oriented, and
- savvy
? Team player who thrives in
- paced environments
? Willingness to work rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 6AM–10PM
