Role Overview
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic call center team based in Lisbon.
This is a

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat in German
- Provide accurate information and support regarding services, accounts, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for
- contact resolution - Deliver professional, empathetic, and
- quality customer service - Follow internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and
- solving ability - Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends if required
