Your Responsibilities

Handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media
Maintain accurate case updates in internal systems
Build positive relationships through prompt and courteous support
? Assist with issue resolution to boost customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet goals
Share feedback to improve processes and service quality

What You Need to Succeed
? Native or fluent German speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication skills on multiple platforms
