? Handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media
? Maintain accurate case updates in internal systems
? Build positive relationships through prompt and courteous support
? Assist with issue resolution to boost customer satisfaction

? Share feedback to improve processes and service quality

? What You Need to Succeed
? Native or fluent German speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)
? Previous customer service experience is a plus
? Strong communication skills on multiple platforms
