We're hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the remote team in Porto! Work from the comfort of your home while supporting a top global travel & tourism brand. If you have a flair for customer care and sales, this is your opportunity to thrive!

Location: Porto (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) – potential for extension or permanent placement
Industry: Outsourcing/BPO – Travel & Tourism
Languages: German (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses

? Key Responsibilities

? Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
? Support travel agents and clients with
- booking and booking management
? Provide accurate info on destinations, pricing, documentation, and boats
? Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
? Maintain service standards and ensure smooth, professional communication

? Requirements
? Native/Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2+)
? Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel/hospitality
? Strong communication and multitasking skills
? Detail-oriented with a
- solving attitude
? Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus
? Available for rotational shifts (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00)
