Your Responsibilities:

Support influencers and content creators with subscription, account, and technical inquiries
Perform outbound calls to clarify information and ensure customer satisfaction
? Offer guidance on platform tools and marketing features
Identify trends and provide proactive solutions for recurring client challenges

? What You Bring:
Native/fluent Turkish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work night shifts
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision
? Experience in
- office environments is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
