? Your Responsibilities:

? Support influencers and content creators with subscription, account, and technical inquiries
? Perform outbound calls to clarify information and ensure customer satisfaction
? Offer guidance on platform tools and marketing features
? Identify trends and provide proactive solutions for recurring client challenges

✅ What You Bring:
? ? Native/fluent Turkish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)
⏱ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
? Willingness to work night shifts
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision
? Experience in
