Overview
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our
- site team supporting a Spanish airline. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver
- quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)
- 2 rotating days off per week
Profile Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (B2)
- Strong communication and
- solving skills - Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: 870 euros (x14 months)
- Performance bonus: 80 euros (x11 months)
- Daily meal allowance of 7, 63 euros
- Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros
- Estimated total monthly compensation: 1, 061 euros
