Job Description
Role: Support, advice, and presentation of solutions to customers via email and telephone. Management of complaints and incidents with orders. Possibility of involvement in other projects depending on the company's needs and candidate's knowledge.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (elimination factor)
- Good communication and learning skills
- Experience in customer service and support (preferred)
- Good computer skills
- Initiative and leadership spirit

Location & Schedule
On-site position based in CACÉM (near Tagus Park), Lisboa, Portugal. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
