Customer Service - Spanish Speaker
On-site position - Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
Overview
Location: Lisbon. This role involves direct customer support and coordination with other teams as needed.
Responsibilities
- Providing assistance, advice, and solutions to customers via email, phone, and
- person contact - Handling complaints and order issues
- Potential involvement in other projects as per the company's needs and the candidate's knowledge
Qualifications
- Fluency in 2 languages - Spanish (elimination factor) and Portuguese
- Good communication and learning skills
- Experience in customer service and support area
- Good computer skills Initiative and leadership spirit
