Customer Service Specialist – Lisbon, Portugal
Overview
The HUB of the future of work is looking for talented Customer Service Specialists to join dynamic teams supporting multiple international clients across technology, streaming, automotive, hospitality, and social media sectors. Roles are open for candidates fluent in Danish, Dutch, or French in addition to English.
Location
Lisbon, Portugal (On-site or Hybrid depending on project)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
- quality customer support via phone, email, chat, or social media - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and update internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to resolve open cases
- Follow
- specific processes and guidelines
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Danish, Dutch, or French (C1+)
- Good command of English (B2 minimum)
- Customer service experience (call center, online, or
- person) preferred - Strong communication,
- solving, and interpersonal skills - Adaptable, resourceful, and
- resistant - Must complete
- specific assessment tests
