Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for the Nespresso brand at Nestlé Business Services. This professional is responsible for all service relationship contacts with our customers.
A Day in the Life
- Maintain contact with customers via phone, e‑mail, chat, and other communication channels for both B2C and B2B clients.
- Welcome customers and effectively identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction, creating a positive and lasting impression.
- Prioritize first‑contact resolution to enhance the customer experience and streamline service delivery.
- Manage complaints effectively with empathy and efficiency, turning feedback into opportunities for service improvement.
- Advise customers and prospective customers about our diverse product and service offerings to foster loyalty.
- Spark customer interest by presenting our full product range and its benefits.
What Makes You Successful?
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer engagement services (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Power
Point, Excel, etc. ) - Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Positive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach
- Strong organizational and results‑oriented skills to excel in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrable work ethic and respectful behavior
