Your New Responsibilities

What You Need to Succeed
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional attitude
- Proactive, organized, and
- oriented approach - Previous experience in customer service or order management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems
