Role Overview

Customer Service Specialist – responsible for receiving calls, replying to emails, and chat inquiries from customers in EMEA, US, and Canada.

What you’ll do

• Provide pre‑sale, post‑sale support and service support for customers.
• Manage email communication with customers, subsidiaries, and country mailbox.
• Manage telephone communication to support customer needs and requests.
• Support online store.
• Monitor and report special cases for the client.
• Prepare reports for OMDS.
• Prepare technical reports for specific situations.
• Perform other administrative activities related to technical and service support.
• Carry out tasks per supervisor’s instructions.
• Support central projects.
• Analyze operational processes.

What you’ll need

• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages (French, German, or Nordic) a plus.
• PC skills; knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc. ).
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Knowledge of photography a plus.
• Accuracy and precision.
• Result oriented.
• Ability to work under stress / pressure.
• Teamwork ability.
