✅ What You'll Do:

• ? Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
• ✈ Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client's success.
• ? Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
• ? Assist customers with
  - related issues.

✅ What We Need:

• Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference!).
• ? A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
• ? Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
