Mission:
As a Customer Service Supply Chain, you will be the key liaison between our Operations/Supply Chain team and our retail customers. Your mission will be to ensure
- tier service levels, execute logistics trade terms, and support promotional initiatives while building strong client relationships.
You will
- Develop and implement collaborative plans with retail customers.
- Ensure compliance with agreed logistics trade terms and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales team in executing promotional plans and product assortment changes.
- Track and improve key service KPIs (OTIF, VF, Penalties).
- Be the focal point for logistics discussions with customers and Sales teams.
- Lead logistics negotiations and
- solving initiatives. - Manage a team of order management specialists.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or in a similar position in the FMCG sector (preferred);
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and
- solving abilities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (including an advanced level MS Excel) and other relevant software.
- Willingness to travel;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory), advance level of Spanish (preferred);
