Requirement: Only candidates living within 30 km of Porto

About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers using telecom products, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and
- quality service across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy

- Assist customers with telecom services, troubleshooting, plan information, and billing issues

- Support service activations, modifications, and problem resolution

- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions

- Guide customers to improve their overall service experience

- Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements

- Fluency in French (spoken and written)

- Good communication skills and
- oriented mindset

- Ability to work
- site in Porto

- Must live within 30 km of Porto

- Previous experience in customer support is a plus, especially in telecom
