We are looking for dynamic people who speak French, English and Portuguese for a customer service role in a Portuguese technology company. You will have the opportunity to work with different markets and have a dynamic
-
- day life characterized by a variety of functions at the HQ level.

Main Responsibilities:

• Investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues;
• Learn and master multiple applications and resources including contact management systems and knowledge bases;
• Communicate quickly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders;
• Triage and escalate urgent issues to drive resolution;
• Complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends;
• Provide feedback to management regarding processes and trends.

Work schedule:

40 hours per week, with rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Sunday

Qualifications:

• Fluent in oral and written French, Portuguese, and English;
• Experience in customer service (preferential);
• Empathy and understanding of user experience, with the ability to resolve customer support requests thoughtfully and creatively;
• Available to work
  - site in Lisbon in rotating shifts between 8 am and 8 pm.
