About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers using telecom products, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and
- quality service across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with telecom services, troubleshooting, plan information, and billing issues.
• Support service activations, modifications, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions.
• Guide customers to improve their overall service experience.
• Share customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills and
  - oriented mindset.
• Ability to work
  - site in Porto.
• Must live within 30 km of Porto.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, especially in telecom.
