We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to manage internal teams dedicated to customer support and technical assistance, ensuring high service standards and contributing to customer loyalty.
What you’ll do:
Lead Contact Center and Technical Support teams, ensuring service excellence. Collaborate with the Customer Service Director to define service strategies. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement continuous improvement plans. Manage and promote internal and external training initiatives. Document and optimize customer service processes. Work closely with commercial and technical departments. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of internal teams and external service providers.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Business Management or a related field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar roles. Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level). Strong customer orientation and effective communication skills in demanding environments. Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Call Center tools and Salesforce (Service module).
