We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

About the project:

You will be responsible for handling and resolving French-speaking customer requests via phone, chat, and email. You will provide advanced support to users of a B2B financial software platform, working on complex technical and functional issues.

This is a remote position, with the occasional requirement to work from our Lisbon office once per quarter.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting clients by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
• Provide support in French language and English
• Troubleshoot issues with authentication, payroll, and software configuration
• Analyze and resolve application errors, assisting users efficiently
• Follow protocols, verify data accuracy, and suggest process improvements

Requirements:

• Fluency in French language (must be C2)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• Ability to manage support tickets and efficiently handle user requests
• Knowledge of product/service workflows and technical tools, including MS Office, My
  SQL, Slack, and Postman
• Based in Portugal, with the flexibility to work remotely and visit our Lisbon office one day per quarter
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Salary without accommodation: 1310 euro gross
• Salary with accommodation: 1050 euro gross
• Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted)
• Schedule: 8:00-17:00/17:30 (one hour lunch break), rotating shifts Monday to Friday

CONTRACT:

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
