Is the leading worldwide tobacco company that works with seven of the world’s top 15 brands, including the
- selling cigarette brand. Recently, the company has expanded its offer, besides the traditional cigarettes a new type of smokeless cigarette device aiming to provide a new solution for their customers.
What you'll do
- As a Customer Service for Tobacco Company, you’ll do customer support via telephone and email;
- Effective support for questions regarding the use and maintenance of the smoking device;
- Provision of technical support regarding the device or the brand’s website;
- Providing information and possible troubleshooting.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
- Demonstrates sympathy and empathy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit;
- Flexibility and resilience;
- Fast learning capacity;
- Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment (preferred).
