Responsibilities

• Support in customer service O2C activities
• Support the customer service team with daily operations
• Process and track customer requests in our case management system
• Assist in documenting customer feedback and service improvements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Fluency in the language mentioned in the subject
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Customer-oriented mindset
