Responsibilities

• Perform regular Customer Service activities, processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors.
• Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors.

What you will bring

• University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields
• No previous experience needed
• Fluent in English
• Acute customer centricity
• Excellent relational skills
• Capacity to collaborate and work within a team
• Eager to learn how to manage projects
• Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
