? What You’ll Be Doing

? Handle inbound calls to support customer inquiries
? Guide clients through
- booking and booking management
? Assist travel agents and ensure smooth booking processes
? Recommend and sell travel products tailored to customer needs
? Provide accurate information on destinations, documentation, pricing, and more
? Identify
- selling and upselling opportunities to enhance service

? What We’re Looking For
? Native/Fluent in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)
? Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in travel or hospitality
? Excellent phone manner and communication skills
? Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
? Customer-focused mindset and multitasking ability
? Familiarity with travel/booking systems is a plus
? Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00)
