What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound calls to support customer inquiries
• Guide clients through
  - booking and booking management
• Assist travel agents and ensure smooth booking processes
• Recommend and sell travel products tailored to customer needs
• Provide accurate information on destinations, documentation, pricing, and more
• Identify
  - selling and upselling opportunities to enhance service

What We’re Looking For

• Native/Fluent in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in travel or hospitality
• Excellent phone manner and communication skills
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset and multitasking ability
• Familiarity with travel/booking systems is a plus
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri 08:
