Job Details

• Contract type:
  
  6-month contract with the possibility of renewal
• Language requirement:
  
  Fluent French (C2 level) – English at B1 level

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations:
  
  creation, modification, and cancellation
• Administrative tasks related to reservations:
  
  issuing tickets, modifications, and cancellations
• Provide accurate,
  - time information to support customer
  - making
• Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations
• Actively listen and adapt support to the individual needs of each customer

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Empathy,
  - oriented mindset, and team spirit
• Previous customer support experience will be valued
• Availability to work rotating shifts

Conditions and Benefits

• Base salary (gross):
  
  €880 × 14 months
• Performance bonus (gross):
  
  up to €150 per month
