Customer Service with French Lisboa

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It operates in many European markets, including Portugal. The recruitment process is an easy online process with a phone call and video interview. No experience is required; what matters are language skills and willingness to learn new things. Starting dates: various dates available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
• Provide information on subscription plans
• Assist with account management and billing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to

• Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy

What you will need

• Fluent level of French language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal)
• You need to be in Portugal or open for permanent relocation there—with an excellent relocation package

Relocation and options

• Candidates relocating to Lisbon can choose between two options: a higher salary without relocation support, or a slightly lower salary that includes a full relocation package

• Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period
