Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
Employment Type: Fixed-term (6 months) with potential for extension or permanent hire
Industry: Travel & Tourism / BPO
Languages: German (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses

? What You’ll Do

? Engage with customers across phone, email, chat, and social media
? Provide product and service information clearly and professionally
? Assist with basic troubleshooting and technical questions
? Accurately document customer cases in internal systems
? Escalate complex issues when necessary for resolution
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support
? Manage service ticket queues and prioritize effectively
? Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes

? What We’re Looking For
? Native/Fluent in German (C2) + Fluent in English (B2+)
? 1+ year experience in customer service (preferably in tech/travel)
? Strong communication skills across all channels
? Able to handle technical issues with a structured approach
? Quick learner with new software and systems
? Team player with
- solving mindset
? Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
? Willingness to work rotating shifts between 5AM–10PM, Mon–Fri
