Customer Service With German
Overview
Customer Support roles in Lisbon, Portugal (onsite and remote) across multiple languages (German, Dutch, Turkish, Italian). Positions are with global outsourcing/tech companies providing customer, technical support and content moderation services. Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to users via chat, email, and phone.
- Perform
- level technical troubleshooting and problem solving. - Log questions, incidents, problems and requests with accurate information.
- Research and respond promptly in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Escalate incidents to higher tier support when needed and provide ongoing updates to customers.
- Support internal teams during new product releases and drive monitoring/measurement/alerting improvements.
- Collaborate with product/development teams to address issues and gather user feedback.
- Stay informed on new features to provide accurate assistance.
- Work in shifts as required, including occasional Saturdays for technical operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in the target language (e. g. , German, Dutch, Turkish, Italian) with strong English proficiency where stated.
- Analytic and
- solving skills; ability to acquire
- depth knowledge of technologies and products. - Clear communication, effective listening, and
- focused mindset. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a
- paced environment. - Relevant academic background or prior experience in customer support is valued.
