Location: Remote (Only accepting applicants from Coimbra and up)

Work Schedule

Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
Saturday to Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00

Occasionally, availability from 08:00 - 19:00 is required.
Days Off: 2 rotational days.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.
Ensure accurate and efficient solutions to customer queries.
Meet company standards and customer expectations.
Demonstrate sales experience and actively promote solutions.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in German and a reasonable understanding of English (mandatory).
Experience in sales (mandatory).
Candidates must reside from Coimbra upwards.

Relocation Package

Not offered if relocating to Porto from within Portugal.

Salary & Benefits

Gross Monthly Salary: 1100 (Paid across 14 months).
Meal Allowance: 7. 63 per working day (net).
Transport Allowance: Not provided.

Sign-On Benefits for Relocation (Outside Portugal)

Shared accommodation for 12 months: 280/month (utilities included).
Airfare Reimbursement (up to 400): after 6 months.
Temporary Accommodation: Hotel stay for 28 days.

Sign-On Benefits for Relocation (Inside Portugal)

Hotel stay for 15 days.
Travel reimbursement: up to 150 after 6 months.

Additional Information

Documents Accepted: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visa (consultation required).
Advance Salary Option: Up to 1056 BGN net, transferred within 5 business days (conditions apply).
